Payment Options

When ordering, choose any of the following methods of payment:

• Zelle – A convenient payment option with no additional fee and immediate confirmation. Zelle Payment Phone Number is 480-773-8968 (RECOMMENDED)
• Check or Money Order – Please ensure that all checks are made payable to our company (Maven Appraisal Services). Due at the time of inspection unless agreed upon beforehand. Please contact us. 
• Credit Card - Utilizing Stripe (a small processing fee is included)
• Net 30 – Frequent customers can arrange for payment terms by contacting our billing department.

- STANDARD RUSH $100 + QUOTED FEE (INSPECTION AS EARLY AS THE DAY AFTER THE ORDER + ONE DAY TURN TIME AFTER INSPECTION)
- PRIORITY RUSH $200 + QUOTED FEE (SAME DAY INSPECTION AS ORDER + ONE DAY TURN TIME AFTER INSPECTION)

PLEASE NOTE FOR INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS (EXCLUDING APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT COMPANIES, LOCAL LENDERS, CREDIT UNIONS AND OTHER REPEAT CLIENTS) THAT PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL AT OR BEFORE THE TIME OF INSPECTION.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THERE IS A $150 RESCHEDULING/TRIP FEE FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE INSPECTION AND NO SHOWS.
